What Does the Procedure Involve?

During breast enlargement surgery, Dr Hertess will create a small opening (pocket) under the breast. She will then place a medical-grade breast implant in-front of or behind the chest muscle. You will get dissolvable stitches, a compression garment, and often be able to go home the day of surgery.
